We're looking for driven professionals to join our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team:
Business Development Manager (BDM):
- We need someone with 4-6 years of strong closing experience, a proven track record in deal-making, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and optimize deal structures.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Account Manager (AM):
- Focused on managing client relationships, ensuring seamless servicing, and enhancing the customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, transaction processing, and issue resolution.
- Strengthen client relationships to drive utilisation and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery.
