- As a Sales Manager for US Growth, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within the United States market.
- You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and achieve sales targets.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the senior management to ensure the company's sales goals are met.
Job Location: Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai
Work Model: Work from Office Mon-Fri. Saturdays and Sundays are off
Shift timings: US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing markets, and increase the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive sales.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract negotiations to close deals and secure new business.
- Develop sales plans, set sales targets, and create sales forecasts to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Generate regular sales reports and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and progress towards sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and interactions.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive landscape through professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 6 plus years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the US market, sales trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to maximize performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales and marketing software.
