BUDGET - this role can go to a maximum of 35 -40 lacs per annum and exceptional candidates we can discuss the CTC along with good esops.
The right candidate will:
- Execute the end-to-end Outbound US sales process, Will prospect, provide customer demos and will be responsible for closing the deals
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of MeetRecord products and services to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities
- Strive to continuously improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Supplement the sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
Top characteristics and traits for a successful AE:
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a quota-carrying account executive.
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
- MUST HAVE experience in selling to US customers
- Organised and strong time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Business acumen
- Thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
- Sense of urgency and persistence

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota
- Experience of selling to CROs, VP Sales, Sales Leaders
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Experience in doing end-to-end sales in US market
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Pipedrive, Apollo or other sales tools
- Prior experience as an account executive with a track record of achieving sales quotes
