Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. The successful candidate will implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Fusion HCM Implementation :
- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
Business Requirement Analysis :
- Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze HCM requirements, translating these into system configurations and enhancements.
System Configuration :
- Configure Fusion HCM modules according to business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Data Migration :
- Facilitate the migration of HR data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
Testing & Quality Assurance :
- Develop test plans and conduct system testing (including UAT), ensuring all configurations and enhancements align with business requirements.
User Training & Support :
- Provide training to users to ensure successful adoption of the Oracle Fusion HCM system and resolve post-implementation user issues.
Documentation :
- Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Post-Go-Live Support :
- Offer post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated with new features and functionalities in Oracle Fusion HCM and recommend improvements to leverage the system's full capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with strong functional expertise across multiple modules.
Modules Expertise :
- In-depth knowledge of at least three of the following Oracle Fusion HCM
Modules :
-Core HR
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Absence Management
- Compensation
Benefits :

Implementation Experience :
- Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Problem Solving :
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
Technical Skills :
- Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
Communication :
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Certifications : Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s) are highly preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Attributes :
- Experience in multinational or large-scale organizations.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM upgrades, patches, and new release functionalities.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party integrations.
