Job Summary:As a Pre-Sales Executive at Dreeamz Realty you will play a pivotal role in introducing potential clients to our real estate offerings and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities.
Engage with prospective clients over various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings..
Introduce clients to our portfolio of properties, highlighting their features, benefits, and investment potential..
Understand the needs and preferences of clients to recommend suitable properties that match their requirements..
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about property pricing, availability, and terms..
Coordinate property viewings for clients and accompany them during the visits..
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally..
Maintain a database of client interactions, updating contact information, preferences, and feedback..
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline..
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings..
Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals as set by the management..
Qualifications.
