Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient operation of the HRMS and ensure smooth integration with other systems and departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRMS, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HRMS tools, specifically focusing on Peoplesoft or similar COTS applications.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Keep the HR team informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance across all HR functions.
- Lead the recruitment process, including coordinating job postings, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Ensure effective onboarding processes are in place for new employees, providing them with all necessary resources for a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain detailed and accurate employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance reviews.
- Ensure that employee information is confidential, secure, and accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Ensure the company is compliant with relevant labor laws, employment regulations, and company-specific policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation that may impact HR operations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Manage and lead the HR team, providing coaching and mentoring to improve team performance and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor team activities and ensure alignment with the organization's overall HR and business goals.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team-building and people management practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HRMS activities, employee data, recruitment metrics, and other key HR performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data from the HRMS and HR operations.
Key Requirements:
- Eexperience in HR, with a focus on HRMS management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Experience in managing HRMS for a large-scale organization (preferably with 3000+ employees) using COTS applications such as PeopleSoft.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and experience implementing them effectively across an organization.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant with local and national requirements.
- Previous experience in the IT industry or software development/IT system projects is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with various departments and individuals at all levels
