8. Role & responsibilities

To organize and conduct clinical training for Dräger product users and influence KOL during new equipment purchase for Draeger product range.

Plan marketing activities, participate in CME, Plan promotional activities, demonstrations.

Organize training for distributors.

To help Sales Team maximize their sales:

1. development of key accounts, prospecting non Dräger customer

2. To assist sales force in the development of sales strategy to grow revenue, market share and profit

3. To be the provider of information to the sales force about user habits, needs or recommendation

4. Collect competitive information; understand user sensitivity and inform sales and marketing

5. To define, with sales force, the tender presentation around the user needs, Dräger offer and sales strategy.

6. To be the users consultant seemingly independent of the sales process, to be able to spend quality time in the OR the ICU, to speak same language as doctors and nurses.

7. To maintain own specific contacts in accounts: users of all kinds, not purchase oriented people.

8. Demo equipment management, to hand over equipment to user, interact with all other Dräger resources in connection with the customer, i.e. service, modality manager Organize local events based on technique and therapy to support Dräger solutions.

9. Post sales clinical training, Promote Dräger accessories and disposable on installed base,

10. To promote state of the art clinical knowledge to doctors, nurses and medical staff

11. To give the critical differentiator to the user that will influence the decision.

12. To be the modality demo expert in addition to the sales force

13. To develop user clinical application knowledge with modality manager to leverage product benefits Implement Train the Trainer concept.
