• Screening and Shortlisting:
  
• Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and suitability.
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Interview Coordination and Feedback:
  
• Schedule and manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collect and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
• Offer Management:
  
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle negotiations when required.
• Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed before onboarding.
• Employer Branding:
  
• Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and online platforms to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Develop and share content to enhance the company's employer brand.
• Data and Reporting:
  
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
