Curriculum Development Intern

Dr. Reddys Foundation is seeking a dedicated Curriculum Development Specialist to structure and format training modules for NSDC certification. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, documentation, and instructional design skills to align our Core Employability Skills training modules with NSDCs prescribed format.

• Review and comprehend the content of the existing training modules.
• Convert the modules into the NSDC-specified format while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure alignment with NSDC guidelines, including learning objectives, training outcomes, assessment criteria, and module structure.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate necessary information.
• Standardize the language, terminology, and instructional flow for consistency across all modules.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain detailed records of module versions and changes made during the documentation process.
• Coordinate with NSDC representatives to address feedback and revisions.
• Work within deadlines to ensure timely submission of the required documents.

Functional Competencies:

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and formatting tools.

2. Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

3. Ability to analyze complex information and present it in a structured format.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Other requirements

Familiarity with NSDCs Qualification Packs (QPs), Model Curriculum (MC), and Skill Development framework.
