Designation - Admin Executive

Work Location - Corporate Office (Sec-38, Gurugram)

Qualification - Graduate/MBA (prefer)

Required Experience 3-5 Years

Mandatory Requirement- Effective communication skills and good knowledge of MS-Excel

Key Responsibilities:

1) Travel Coordination:

• Plan and organize business travel arrangements for employees.
• Coordinate flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
• Ensure adherence to travel policies and cost-effective solutions.

2) Office Event Management:

• Plan and execute internal office events, meetings, and gatherings.
• Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related activities.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment through well-organized events.

3) Inventory Control:

• Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
• Conduct regular audits to track and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Collaborate with relevant departments for fulfilment of inventory needs.

4) Invoicing:

• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.
• Monthly & Quarterly reconciliation of invoicing.

5) Data Management

• Capable of maintaining tracker and excel report.
• Travel data management and MIS
