Job Description
- Responsible for Sterile Drug Product manufacturing plant operations, there by safety, GMP and Productivity.
- To ensure Safety guidelines are fully implemented, Safety training and Safety policies implementation for staff of sterile operations.
- Responsible for Quality and Productivity of the product(s) .
- To ensure QMS-Validation-GMP Compliance in sterile manufacturing facility.
- Define, sets and managing clear KPI of team members for routine manufacturing objectives, process improvements, to meet the quality, safety and organizational target.
- Responsible for Talent management by hiring, ensuring their training need identification, mentorship and performance review of team members.
- Responsible for operational performance system implementation and achieving the matrices, issue identification, resolutions and escalation as necessary.
- Responsible for QMS deliverables (not limited to Deviation assessment, conducting Investigation and timely closure of incedent investigation, timely CAPA implementation, change notification reviews, approval and timely implementation.
- To maintain all time cGMP readiness in the plant and lead /support the various audits.
- Liaising with CSP for defining monthly production plan, planned maintenance and execution of periodic qualification and validation activities.
- Review and approval of SOP, Protocols, Reports, QRM, MFR, and other GMP documents related to sterile operations.
- To support technology transfer activities for existing and new products in the FFM Facility. Review of DFQ, MFR and related documents.
- Responsible for supporting Project Infra and CQ activities related to sterile manufacturing set up.
