Trade Marketing - Executive (Off roll)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with the new product design blueprints or mock-ups.
• Design and guide the development of the marketing materials.
• Act as single point contact for all vendor partners for Dr Reddys
• Document the purchase orders and payment process.
• Ensure the costs follow the budget allocation & control the cost of merchandise
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and favourable terms
• Examine the information on business environment and merchandising landscape.
• Measure the effectiveness in visual merchandising displays
• Execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions and adapt merchandise strategies accordingly
• Execute channel programs in line with expectations
• Responsible for execution of merchandising program to ensure that HO plans are executed on the ground.
• Analyze data & modify actions related to retail, channel & promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising / retail visibility department
• Should have knowledge of basic excel & vlook-up & pivot
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
• Ability to work with colleagues in other departments marketing, sales
• Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple task assigned with priorities
