Nursing Superintendent

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Nursing Superintendent to oversee and coordinate nursing services, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and support our nursing staff in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing services across departments
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, guidelines, and standards
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety
• Support nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care
• Conduct regular rounds and audits to ensure quality care
• Identify and address gaps in patient care and services
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve hospital objectives
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff
• Stay updated with medical advancements and industry trends

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Nursing/M.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing administration or clinical management
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments
• Experience in quality improvement and patient safety
