MRD Assistant

Job Specification:

• High school, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exceptional customer service skills

Roles & Responsibility:

• To assist the MRD Technician to place files to the Rack after arranged number wise.
• To assist and collect the Wound Certificate from Emergency Department
• To assist the Pre scan work before scanning the In-patient file like removing the Stapler Pin, micropore and keep separators.
• To collect the Birth Forms and place it in the Birth and Death Registration Form File
• To assist the MRD Technicians in copying the Birth and Death Corporation Registers
• To handover and collect the requested In-patient File to Doctors for further management of the patient.
• To assist handover and receive Registers for verification if needed.
• To assist booking vehicle to the court for attend the case.
• To assist arranging the Doctors Coat to attend case on court.
• Reporting to the Head of the Department.
