Course Mentor / Student Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• To prepared enrollment procedure report of the learners
• To call learners regularly
• To draft the mails as per learners need & requirement
• To provide one-to-one technical guidance and counseling to the learners.
• To provide timely feedback to learners on their assignments, internal test and projects
• TO monitor the learner performance.
• To maintain all quality records and submit reports timely.
• To maintain, monitor & ensure that assigned batches are going properly.
• To report on improvement in the courseware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

• Associate's degree in related field required.
• Prior related office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years related administrative experience.
