Job Description

Overall responsible for the efficiency and compliance of the nursing activities going on their assigned location.
Effective utilization of nursing staff
Prepare staff roster on daily basis.
To ensure upload of the roster in DISHA and attendance regularization as per payroll timelines.
To take supervisory visits on the patient s side as per requirement
To maintain nursing dashboard of the concern area
To prepare duty roster of the nurses and manage leaves.
Maintain the data of the staff conveyance and other transport requirements
Manage staff shortage in crisis time. To get staff from outsource if required.
Periodic monitoring of the inventory and indent as per requirement
To have periodic meetings with assigned buddies and new hires.
To do one-on-one counselling of nurses in case of grievances/disciplinary issues.
Closely observe VIP and HWC Patients
Patient assignment to the PCCs as per their skill and experience in the patient allocation
Assigning duties for procedure nurses
To meet consultant doctors of the existing services and give updates on their patients
To maintain and follow Employ vaccination record and administer due doses with help of HR and ICN
To act as a buddy for the new staff and ensure functional orientation and introduction with clinician s/ support team members.
Organize training with the help of educators for outsource and on roll staffs.
To track Nursing quality indicators.
Service stop reason tracking and its analysis.
Take maximum effort to retain the running service.
Encourage the staff and the Team Leader to improve Cross-sell, Up-sell
Collaboration with sales team and unit nursing team.
To ensure that spoke Inventory is maintained and par stock is maintained. (Uniform, Printing materials, Consumables)
Conduct Interviews and help HR for hiring process
To support staff nurses in critical procedures, cannulation etc.
To work closely with Team Leaders, Unit coordinator and Doctors to ensure all patient files are complete in all aspects before being sent to MRD.
Maintaining handover sheet and validation of vendor shifts with finance team.
Maintain TL Visit tracker according their visits and procedures.
Collect and maintain Feedback data and send to the concerned person.
Do RCA and CAPA according to incidents and escalations.
