Roles and Responsibilities
Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
Responsible for new business development via consultants, EPCs, MEPs across the country
Business enhancement with Industrial End Users like power plants, metal, mines, oil, gas, petrochemical establishments
Be responsible for respective regional sales management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with experience in industrial sales will be preferred for this profile.
Ability to work independently , to work effectively across functional lines , to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously , to make consequential decisions that brings projects , investigations , and other activities to closure.
Perseverance. Makes all possible effort to understand the viewpoints of external and internal customers.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Customer focused: Should have an ability to engage the customers and partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value.
Hands-on problem solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs.
Job Knowledge - Good understanding of customer profile, markets and products and good networking skills.
