Project Manager Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple construction projects (Industrial Buildings) from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.

- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or concerns.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare detailed reports on project performance and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.

- Proficient in studying engineering drawings and implementing them at the site.

- Proficient in using relevant software tools for project management and design.

- Strong leadership skills to manage the site workforce.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and contractors.

- Experience in Pharma works is must.

- Experience in Industrial works.

- Experience in restoration and rehabilitation works.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
