Job Description
- Maintaining Export Gate In containers detail and sharing with all concerned.
- Coordinating with CHAs for getting maximum OFN
- After getting LEO from custom, updating details in Elogisol
- Coordination with Gate Team, YMS surveyor for updating container details in Elogisol.
- Coordination with CRM/CS team for rail out planning.
- Preparing rake load plan and uploading the same in RMS
- Sharing of Rake load plan with ICD operation team.
- Maintaining export pendency.
- After container rail out, sharing the rail out details with all concerns.
- Sharing RR details with customers and CRM/CS team.
- Getting import pendency (container details from JNPT)
- Coordination with IT department to get SMTP copy.
- Updating SMTP details in Elogisol.
- Maintaining import train summary in excel sheet party wise.
- After rake arrival, sharing train summary to all concern.
- Handling CHA s query for their containers.
- Preparation of seal cutting job order in Elogisol and sharing with CHA s.
- After getting out of charge from custom updating the same in Elogisol.
- Coordination with Gate & YMS team before updating out of charge details in Elogisol.
- Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
- Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
- Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management.
- Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
- To have zero customer complaints.
- Cost saving initiatives.
- To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.
- To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities.
- To follow strictly the SOPs.
- Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5%
- Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
- Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA.
