Executive Assistant To Director

We are looking for a go getter & a highly motivated person 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage director's schedule, including meeting planning, travel arrangements, hotel booking, fixing appointments, and travel booking.
  
• Provide executive support by handling calendar management, calendaring tasks, ticket booking, letter drafting, PA (Personal Assistant) activities. Interaction with VIP Guest of the director 
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and meetings.
  
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to the director's schedule and communications.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all tasks while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience as an EA
• Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
