Crm Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle all telephone enquiries that come in to the company and necessary cold calls upon requirement.
• Guide all leads that come to the site and create an effective tracking mechanism of the stage of every lead until a meeting has been set up.
• Play a role in recruiting executives for site visits and handling calls if the traffic is increasing.
• Take feedback from the site staff regarding the site visit of every lead.
• Support the Manager CRM and set up meetings for closure of sales.
• Support the Head of PR in executing marketing and sales campaigns.
• Be responsible for the generation of documentation for every buyer which includes the allotment letter, agreement of sale, registration of sale deed, NOC for interiors, handover letter, Association Bye-laws, etc.
• Ensure that reminders for payments are sent out in a timely manner and late fees are applied for delayed payments.
• Inform the Manager – CRM in case payments are excessively delayed and require intervention.
• Facilitate payment of all stamp duties by collecting the same from customers as well as for registrations and purchases within the company.
• Play a key role in handling customer grievances and ensure that all matters are resolved.
