Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Manager Finance & Accounts with the feeding and reconciliation.
• Assist in following up for collections from tenants and customers.
• Provide services to all tenants and ensure that all their grievances are resolved.
• Frame and type letters to Government departments, suppliers, customers, etc.
• Develop and maintain a filing system for all documents, brochures, etc.
• Order office supplies and stationery as and when required.
• Provide general support to visitors and offer them refreshments, etc.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating and placing orders for required supplies.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
• Cover the reception desk and undertake the task of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
• Develop and maintain an efficient digital and manual filing system and database.
• Take accurate minutes of meetings.
• Deposit checks and facilitate RTGS/NEFT transfers as and when required.
• Ensure that office assets and buildings are maintained neatly and regular maintenance is taking place in all complexes including the promoter residence.
• Assist the finance head in the entry of data as and when required.
• Prepare and monitor vouchers/invoices and ensure payments are made to suppliers, utility companies, recreation faciltiies, etc.
• Make bookings and travel arrangements as and when required.
• Collect the monthly attendance reports from all sites and put up for approval.
• Receive, sort and distribute check books, documents, etc. as and when required.
• Maintain & monitor surveillance systems of all building complexes.
• Engage with support staff and faciltiies providers and ensure that they are performing to their expectations.
