HR internship

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Support HR team in onboarding and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports on hiring metrics and recruitment performance.
• Handle candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth hiring experience.Role & responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Proficiency in Excel & Data Analysis
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn about HR processes.
