HR Intern

Role & responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Part:

1) Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

2) Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions

3) Help maintain employee records and HR databases.

Operations Part:

1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data

2. Provide end-user support on HRM systems to employees across the organization

3. Assist in the management of employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations

4. Stay up to date with HR technology trends and advancements to suggest improvements in HRIS functionality
