Project Manager - Java (10-13 yrs)

Job Description :

- 10+years of hands-on experience in Java development, including working with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE.

- Strong expertise in Java-based application development, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving the development process.

- Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.

- Solid experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and data integration.

- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in building and maintaining complex enterprise applications.

- Architect and design software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Operations, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and technical guidance to team members.

- Ensure that development processes adhere to best practices, including agile methodologies, version control, and continuous integration/deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

- Drive the technical roadmap and contribute to project planning.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with front-end technologies (i.e., React, Angular) or DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
