Salesforce Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and managing an organization's Salesforce architecture. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure SFDC architecture supports the business's needs.

Architecture Design:

• Develop and document scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including integrations with external systems.

Solution Delivery:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best-fit solutions.
• Lead the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and admins, fostering technical growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

Integration and Customization:

• Architect integration strategies using tools such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Oversee the customization of Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.

Platform Optimization:

• Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce systems.
• Implement and maintain DevOps processes for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct periodic system health checks and audits.

Governance and Compliance:

• Enforce Salesforce security and compliance best practices, including data privacy regulations.
• Maintain data integrity and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Present architectural solutions and roadmaps to executive teams

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Certifications (preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience:

• At least 6 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce, with 5 years in an architectural role.
• Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations with complex integrations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado for Salesforce deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of non-Salesforce CRM systems for integration scenarios
