- We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing displays that drive customer engagement and enhance the overall shopping experience.

- You will collaborate with store management and vendors to ensure our products are showcased in a way that aligns with our brand aesthetic and attracts customers.

- Design and set up displays that highlight new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal themes.

- Ensure visual standards are met and maintained consistently across all departments.

- Use creativity and strategic thinking to optimize product placement and enhance the overall visual appeal of the store.

- Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary display materials and props.

- Communicate visual merchandising guidelines and requirements to vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards.

- Conceptualize and execute compelling window displays that draw in customers and effectively communicate our current offerings.

- Regularly update window displays to reflect new products and promotions.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.

- Implement innovative ideas to keep our displays fresh and engaging.

- Utilize artistic skills and creative flair to design displays that captivate customers and drive sales.

- Experiment with different layouts, colors, and textures to create visually dynamic presentations.

- Monitor inventory levels and refresh displays as products sell through or new inventory arrives.

- Ensure displays are consistently organized and well-maintained.

- Optimize store layout and space utilization to maximize visual impact and create a seamless shopping experience.

- Collaborate with store management on floor plan adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail.

- Strong understanding of visual design principles and merchandising techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
