Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain databases using SQL Server.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
- Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, functions).
- Familiarity with database design principles and normalization.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core).

The team and managers are pretty encouraging and very welcoming to the newly joined employees. My manager in particular encouraged me and supported me in anything and everything I did.
There isn't much to dislike but depending on the project work load could be high some times. And some projects still use old technologies and it's difficult to switch to other projects that use newer technologies. And there isn't much increase in pay for some employees.
