Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with expertise in WinForms to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Windows-based applications using .NET Framework and WinForms. This role requires a strong understanding of .NET programming, WinForms, and software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test Windows-based applications using .NET Framework and WinForms.
- Develop, implement, and maintain software applications, including user interfaces, business logic, and database interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop software solutions accordingly.
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications, ensuring high-quality, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including code comments, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, collaborating with development teams to resolve complex problems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in .NET and WinForms development.

The team and managers are pretty encouraging and very welcoming to the newly joined employees. My manager in particular encouraged me and supported me in anything and everything I did.
There isn't much to dislike but depending on the project work load could be high some times. And some projects still use old technologies and it's difficult to switch to other projects that use newer technologies. And there isn't much increase in pay for some employees.
