Channel Partner - GM Real Estate

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning

1. Develop and execute channel partner strategy aligned with company goals. 

2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our partner network. 

3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform partner strategy. 

Partner Management

 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including regular communication, business reviews, and joint planning. 

2. Manage partner performance, provide coaching and support, and address performance issues. 

3. Foster collaboration between partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

Operations

1. Manage partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs.

2. Develop and maintain partner policies, procedures, and guidelines. 

3. Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Real Estate Industry Expertise 

 1. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partner-focused solutions. 

3. Provide market insights to inform company strategy.

Performance Metrics 

 1. Partner recruitment and retention rates. 

2. Sales growth through partner-led initiatives. 

3. Partner satisfaction and engagement. 

4. Joint marketing initiative ROI. 

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent leadership and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.

Preferably with 8+ years of experience in real estate channel partner management, sales, or business development. - Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships. - Experience of working with Cad A builder 

Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools. - Certification in real estate or channel partner management. - Network of established relationships within the real estate industry.
