Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin for verbal communication is preferred but not required for written proficiency.
Understanding of DoraHacks business and familiarity with DoraHacks products.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related fields with a focus on user growth.
Strong data-driven and experimental mindset, experienced with A/B testing and user surveys.
Excellent analytical skills, capable of understanding and interpreting user behavior data.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with design, development, and marketing teams.
Deep understanding of user psychology and market behavior, able to develop effective user growth strategies.
Excellent English communication skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration with global teams.
