Job Description
- Creative Leadership:

- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Allocate resources effectively and balance workload among team members.
- Conduct regular check-ins with the team to track progress and provide feedback.
- Client Engagement:
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Address client feedback and revisions in a constructive and timely manner.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all creative work is consistent, meets quality standards, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Review and approve final creative outputs before delivery to clients.
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Incorporate new ideas and creative techniques to keep the agency s work fresh and competitive.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as strategy, digital, and production, to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive creative environment within the team.
