Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team, where youll bring data-driven insights to life with creative, visually captivating designs. What You’ll Do:

• Brand Guardian: Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all projects, ensuring every design aligns with brand standards and remains on point with updates.
• Visual Wizardry: Create eye-catching, high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft ONice (PowerPoint, Excel) tools. This includes producing everything from stunning reports to compelling data visualizations and charts.
• Creative Multi-tasking: Handle multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines while exceeding client expectations. Your ability to juggle tasks will ensure each design is delivered on time and error-free.
• Communication Pro: Engage directly with internal clients to understand their design needs, translating those ideas into visually impactful and clear design solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A college degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Skills:
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience with Microsoft ONice tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (for charts and data visualization).
• Solid understanding of proofreading marks (bonus points for this!).
• Attention to Detail: You deliver flawless, high-quality work with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to work effectively with clients and team members.
