Opening For Graphic Designer / Artist For Charak Pharma

Job Brief:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual design sense and the ability to translate ideas into compelling graphics across various media. You will collaborate with multiple departments to create designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to the target audience. We work majorly for social media platforms along with print & packaging and advertisements. We would require your support for working on campaign creatives from scratch converting into design visual. Also its a fast running environment so must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, websites, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Create and refine brand assets such as logos, typography, and color schemes to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Edit and retouch images to meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Prepare final layouts for production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
• Take feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments to designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic artist or designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Corel Draw, Canva and equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Software like Blender & Keyshot is added advantage.
• Knowledge of print production and digital asset optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
