Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and graphic design. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives.

Main Responsibilities of an Video Editor / Motion Designer responsibilities will include:

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos, including promotional videos, social media content, tutorials, and other visual projects.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality.
• Ensure the final product is visually appealing and tells a compelling story.
• Manage and organize media assets and libraries efficiently.

Graphic Design:

• Create engaging graphics for video content, including titles, motion graphics, infographics, and other design elements.
• Design thumbnails, banners, and other promotional materials for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive visual branding across all channels.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci, or similar.
• Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Blender would be added advantage.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Added advantage if worked with beauty brands.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of current digital media trends and best practices.
• Min. 2+Years of relevant experience required
