As we continue to scale, we're looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Growth to lead all growth initiatives, with a focus on driving digital acquisition, consumer engagement, and optimizing the customer funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Own and execute the comprehensive growth strategy across all channels (organic, paid, partnerships, and more) with a data-driven approach to user acquisition and retention.
- Consumer Funnels: Deeply understand consumer behavior, map out and optimize the user funnel from acquisition to retention, and continuously work to improve conversion rates at every stage.
- Product-Led Growth: Drive growth through product innovation, new features, and user experience optimization. Leverage your product thinking to identify growth opportunities and build tech-driven solutions.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance, 360-degree team focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and data analytics. Create a culture of performance, experimentation, and learning.
- Tech-Enabled Growth: Drive tech-enabled growth through automation, data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Use technology to scale acquisition and harvesting while minimizing inefficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives, customer needs, and product evolution.
- Customer Insights: Leverage data and customer insights to refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and launch new campaigns or initiatives to drive business impact.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of growth campaigns and experiments to optimize key metrics such as CAC, LTV, engagement, and churn.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (6+ years) in a senior growth, digital marketing, or product management role, ideally within a fast-growing tech or D2C company.
- Strong understanding of digital growth levers, including paid and organic channels, partnerships, and content strategies.
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing consumer funnels from awareness through conversion, retention, and beyond.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven growth strategies, including growth analytics, performance marketing, and automation tools.
- A deep understanding of product-led growth, with experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Proven leadership experience in building and leading cross-functional teams focused on growth, acquisition, and retention.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
