As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless execution of high-impact projects across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to plan, execute, and track project deliverables.

- Define project scope, goals, and success criteria while maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders.

- Identify process bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and drive operational efficiencies across teams.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support leadership with data-driven insights, reporting, and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- 2-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or cross-functional roles.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
