The Role
Position : Educational Development Mentor / Academic Enhancement Counsellor
Location : Need Candidates from Thrissur,Kerala.
Job Overview: As a mentor, At Donams, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students knowledge and expertise in specific subject areas, ensuring they reach their full academic potential. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh postgraduates in any degree, who have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct subject-specific assessments to identify students strengths and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver personalized training sessions that align with students learning needs and curriculum requirements.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to provide comprehensive support for student development.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art VidhyaDhan platform to track and report on student progress.
- Contribute to research and development projects to continually refine our training methodologies.
