This role will be a member of a close-knit global team dedicated to making measurable differences in the lives of Domosapiens around the world. This role will manage vendor relationships, oversee system updates, customize configurations, and provide user support to optimize our Workday system's performance.
The HRIS Analyst is essential for maintaining data integrity, reducing reliance on costly third-party services, and ensuring our HR technology operates efficiently
Third-party management: Manage vendor relationship and resource management-determining needs for in-house or third-party service and expertise
Testing & system updates: Domo business process expert that can vet and test any outsourced work. Upkeep and manage adoption for Workday frequent release and updates
Customization & configuration: Customizing Workday to meet specific business changes. Managing and tracking configurations to ensure they align with business processes, security requirements and goals
Support & training: Help users stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities. Addressing user issues and providing timely support
Data management & reporting: Maintaining data integrity and accuracy across the system modules/SKUs. Generating and maintaining accurate reports that provide insights into system usage and performance
Modules to manage: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Peakon, Recruiting LDP, Talent Optimization, People Analytics. Key Responsibilities. Day-to-day and future focused Workday configuration and management
Cross platform Workday expertise with ability to conduct configuration reviews;. Strategic decision-making and execution for multiple modules;. Artful business process administration;. Automate reporting and analytics;. Understanding the Workday roadmap and harmonizing system vision and capability with business need and prioritization;. Liaise with and support HR, payroll, accounting, finance, IT, and other internal stake holders
Job Requirements. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience as a Workday HRIS analyst;. Experience implementing Workday and replacing legacy systems;. Solid hands-on experience configuring and maximizing Workday
Advanced technical acumen in Excel;. Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and our team members have the best tools and processes;. Highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills;. Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership;. Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal oversight
Proven ability to build rapport, while providing superior customer service and maintaining positive relationships;. Maintain the highest level of trust by keeping business and personal employee information protected and strictly confidential
Drive high levels of quality release management through SDLC practices and testing disciplines;. Ability to work under tight deadlines;. Ability to work USA hours at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday;. Good understanding of key HR touchpoints in hire-to-retire cycle are a plus
