Workday HCM Functional Consultant (PEX)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in People Experience (PEX) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving user-centric HR solutions by leveraging Workday's PEX capabilities to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise in Workday HCM, focusing on People Experience (PEX) features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement PEX solutions that improve the overall employee experience.
• Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements, specifically within the PEX framework.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the benefits and use of PEX.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday PEX functionality.
• Stay updated on new Workday releases and PEX enhancements, advising on adoption strategies.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in People Experience (PEX) within the Workday HCM environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM functional modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Certification in Workday HCM and/or PEX is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global teams and supporting multi-country implementations.
• Knowledge of best practices in employee experience and engagement strategies.
