Executive - Domain Trainer

Role & responsibilities

Conduct Domain training for the new recruits at Medusind and provide floor support.

Role and Responsibilities:

 Train new hires on US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

 Conduct Domain training per specified training curriculum.

 Facilitate transition of employees from training into operations.

 Provide floor support through call monitoring, feedback and coaching to improve the quality of delivery.

 Actively work with the Operations to better the quality of employees performance.

 Conduct refresher trainings on Domain.

 Create and maintain regular reports related to training.

Preferred candidate profile

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

 Experience in handling new hire training classes independently

 Familiarity with the US Healthcare and the way it operates.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

 Good people handling skills, strong group communication and effective presentation skills

 Good understanding of group dynamics (diversity)

 Good customer service attitude

 Good team player

 Should be adaptable is nature

 Good learning ability

 Analytical bend of mind

 Self-motivate
