Creates implementation plan and technical infrastructure documents.

Knows and works according to the Systems Integration (SI) delivery process.

Contributes to migration procedures.

Contributes to knowledge documentation in various tools like SharePoint, Share Inside, Yammer, ShareNet, discussion forums.
