The Field Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales revenue by promoting and selling company products or services in designated territories. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Officer will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and pricing strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits, meetings, and presentations.Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of company products or services.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements to close deals and secure new business.Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts, share market feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other sales-related documentation as required.Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.Attend sales meetings, trainings, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.X years of experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in the same industry or related industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales objectives.Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
