Job Description

- Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and takes corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Budget Management: Manages project budget, monitoring burn rates, and optimizing resource utilization.
- A bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Management & Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, with a record of accomplishment of delivering successful implementations.
- 5+ years experience in People Management
- Salesforce Admin Cert preferred
- Other Salesforce Certs are a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Business Analyst certification is a plus
- Excellent US English verbal and written skills required
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills to drive team performance effectively
