Job Description
- Support the P2P project team in key phases of the project rollout, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Assist in creating training scenarios and materials to facilitate smooth adoption of the P2P system.
- Gather and consolidate user feedback to identify areas for improvement in processes and system usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document insights and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the P2P solution.
- Prepare project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and FAQs, to support knowledge transfer.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team as needed.
- If capacity allows, support the Accounts Payable (AP) operations process to offload other project resources.
- Hands-on Project Experience Be part of a large-scale P2P rollout, contributing directly to training development, user adoption, and process improvements.
- Skill Development Gain practical experience in training design, stakeholder communication, feedback analysis, and system validation.
- Mentorship Learning Work alongside experienced professionals who will support your learning and professional growth.
- Collaboration Networking Engage with cross-functional teams, expanding your knowledge of procurement, finance, and digital transformation.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in training, user engagement, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
