Role:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and liaisoning.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will manage and oversee real estate projects, from acquisition to development, and ensure regulatory compliance through effective liaisoning with government bodies and other relevant authorities. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes and apply engineering knowledge to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
● Lead end-to-end real estate project planning, budgeting, and execution.
● Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects meet quality and regulatory standards.
● Develop timelines and oversee project progress to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Liaisoning and Regulatory Compliance:
● Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
● Stay updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and construction codes to ensure compliance at every project stage.
● Build and maintain relationships with municipal and governmental officials to facilitate project requirements.
Site Management and Supervision:
● Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to construction plans and specifications. Identify potential project risks and work with teams to mitigate issues proactively.
● Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering best practices.
Financial Management
● Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform decision-making.
● Work closely with the finance team to manage project expenses and optimize resource allocation.
● Support revenue generation and cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Must Have
● Proven experience in real estate management with a focus on liaisoning and project execution. ● Knowledge of local property laws, zoning regulations, and construction codes.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with government officials, vendors, and other stakeholders.
● Proficiency in project management software and tools.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with AutoCAD or other construction-related software.
● Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or real estate management are a plus
● Familiarity with environmental and sustainability regulations in the real estate sector.
