Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing and Verifying Import Documents
- Email follow up with customers
- Communicating with customers on Phone call (in english)
- Report preparation on Microsoft Excel
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6 years of work experience (preferably in import/export documentation)
- Graduate and above
- Proficiency in Spoken and Written English
- Email writing and follow up skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Fast typing speed
