Job Description
- Daily planning of work allocation to the team
- Building sub-assemblies machines as per the master schedule
- Ensure quality of workmanship as per SOP
- Ensure stock accuracy daily material issues in the ERP system.
- Ensure labor booking in the ERP system for respective teams daily.
- Update Daily Management Sheet for their respective Zones.
- Responsible for 5 s proper housekeeping at their respective Zone
- Maintain records/documents as per the needs of ISO.
- Ensure 0" accidents in the assembly process.
- Perform Shift Responsibility for All Assembly Bays
- Train/develop the junior team of assemblers for productive output with reliability/quality.
Team:
This role is part of the Assembly Team of Cell or Bay.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical/Production with 5-8 Years of Experience in Assembly of Capital Equipment and Automobiles
