This position shall be responsible as a Key Account Manager, Generating Business, Achieving AOP Targets, adding new customers and enhancing Profitability for Extrusion machinery business.
Work You ll Do:
Build and strengthen long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status. Develop new business opportunities in multiple territories for Extrusion Machineries.
Keep track of the business environment, technology trends, competitor products & strategy, and generate in-roads for the company into non-traditional/new market segments.
Act as a Key Account Manager, generating business, achieving AOP Targets, reducing discounts, and enhancing profitability.
Visit customers regularly to ensure liaison, convert them into repeat customers, develop a new customer base, revive dormant customers, and conquer the competitors customers.
Understand the requirements of customers and ensure the right machine sizing & selection.
Ensure the timely submission of quotations and maintain constant follow-up to convert into the business.
Monitor and ensure order submission in Big Machines and process enhancement.
Collecting market information about new products and Competitor s activity
Enhancement of business through positioning of products in market diligently.
Ensure timely delivery of machines, installation of machines, and collection of balance payments for machines & spare parts.
Maintain the Sales Pipeline, present sales, revenue, and expense reports, and provide realistic forecasts to the senior team.
Basic Qualifications:
Education Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Plastics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be considered as an additional qualification.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales of Capital equipment, experience in extrusion machines or Injection molding machines shall be added advantage
