Skills

• 1-7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role within an FMCG company.
  
• Strong understanding of FMCG Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Sales Forecasting, Sales Analysis, Sales Planning, Demand Analysis, Inventory Management.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales team) and external partners (vendors).
  
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Market Research & Market Analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage purchase operations, including vendor development, negotiation, planning, and execution.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the FMCG industry.
  
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective product planning and retail sales strategies.
